He is a warrior who lives in Ryumei-ji Temple and is said to be the incarnation of a dragon. He is one of the Gundam Four Beast Kings, and is said to possess the power of Ryuo-ten, one of the Four Devas of Heaven. He had heard from Shishi Gundam that Shodai Gundam Daishogun were coming, and waited at Ryumei-ji Temple disguised as an old man. When Shodai Gundam Daishogun arrived at Ryumei-ji Temple and was attacked by the Darkness Army, he removed his disguise and fought. After defeating the Darkness Army, he entrusted Shodai Gundam Daishogun with the Mysterious Spear and urged him to go to Sai River. The jewel on his shoulder armor is the Gale Jewel. He can wear his guardian beast, the Red Loong, as armor and transform into the Loong King Form, a combat form. In the Loong King Form, he can unleash the special move, Shoryuha, which releases the atmospheric energy collected by the Mysterious Spear. He is the loong who taught martial arts to Musha Nu, one of the Seven Mushas.
