A country in Militia, a continent across the sea to the west of Ark. According to the legends of this country, it was created by the Ryuutei who sealed away the demon Shuu. There were two gods who fought alongside the Ryuutei, called Jakushun and Kogyou. It is said that Jakushun became the sun and illuminated the world, Kogyou became the moon and healed the world, and Ryuutei became the sea and nurtured the world, creating it. Also, a god called Bugi who fought alongside the Three Lords sacrificed himself and was sealed away along with Shuu, so his name was not recorded in later history books, but his existence seems to have been confirmed in a time even later than the time of Shin SD Sengokuden.

Abram is a country ruled by those who were descended from Ryuutei for generations. Ryuutei clan has a sacred artifact called the "Ryuukihou" in the shape of a dragon that has been passed down for generations, and it is said that it recognizes those who have the power to be a true Ryuutei and grants them power. However, gradually, there were fewer people who could handle the Ryuukihou, and only powerful people began to rule the country as lords.
